Who we are
Serenity Ignited is a blend of holistic wellness, energy healing and hand crafted bath and body products. We have made a commitment to ourselves, as well as our community, to continually educate ourselves in order to offer as much support as we can for our clients. What we are able to heal from, learn about and grow in ourselves will allow us to be of more value to our clients. Our goal is to serve the community in as many ways as possible, and commit to keeping everyone's highest and best good at the heart of our company.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When it comes to personal information, we take the utmost care that everything stays safe and secure. We use billing and shipping information for the sole purpose of business transactions. Credit/debit card details are used for processing transactions related to the sale of products and services only. Correspondence by email, or any other type of online messaging, will always be related to conducting business with you.
All information shared in private sessions is kept confidential unless subpoenaed or otherwise legally obligated to disclose, including circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to yourself or another person. Session details are kept in a secure client file for 1 year following suspension of services, and can be reviewed by you at any time with written request to do so. Information is retained indefinitely while you have an active account. If you choose to close your account with us, we will retain your personal information for 1 year to ensure all your transactions with us are completed to your satisfaction. After the time frame has ended, all digital content is deleted and all physical files are destroyed. Our clients do reserve the right to request that we remove personal information sooner, and request a copy of their file prior to deletion of the records.
Should you ever feel your privacy has been violated, or infringed upon in any way, please contact Becky@serenityignited.com and it will be addressed immediately.
Informed Consent
Reiki
All sessions are performed by floating the hands over the body. Should I be prompted to use light touch during a session, I will always ask permission. You will never be asked to grant permission to touch private or sensitive areas.
Emotions can arise during sessions, and past experiences can be brought forward for healing. Know this is a safe space to process those emotions.
Meditative music will be playing throughout the session. Should you prefer your session be music-free, please let me know.
Access Bars®
Access Bars® are 32 points on the head that, effortlessly and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life when they are lightly touched. These points store all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations you have. Bars sessions allow an opportunity for you to let go of those that no longer serve you. At any time you feel uncomfortable, please let me know and we will adjust accordingly.

Reiki + Access Bars® Package
How the two techniques are utilized will vary from session to session, however, the above descriptions will apply to the combined modalities as well. You will be informed of when each modality is being used, and at any time you feel uncomfortable, please let me know right away.

Meditation Circles
Each session you attend may be a unique experience. It may be an in-depth journey, have a spiritual theme, you may receive Reiki energy, or you may only feel relaxed. Your experience may differ greatly from someone else’s, and can even be different each time you attend.
Meditative music will be playing during these sessions.
Serenity Ignited Commitment
I make the commitment to match your efforts in achieving your goals by offering suggestions and points of view for you to consider that are in line with your goals. A safe space is provided to maximize your healing and growth, and your free will is always honored and respected.
I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional. Therefore, I do not diagnose or treat disease or illnesses. While all the services offered at Serenity Ignited are complimentary to conventional regimens, they are not meant to be a replacement.
Client Commitment
To maximize your healing and growth, you must make a commitment to yourself to do the work. This means, you will devote attention and energy to your sessions. You will commit to your self-care by considering suggestions or recommendations made that may contribute to your personal goals outside of your sessions should you implement them.
You also must be in agreement that you are the only one who can make change happen, and are the only one in control of your healing and growth. You always have free will, and therefore retain your right to choice. Your commitment to yourself boosts your chances of success in achieving the goals you are working towards.
Confidentiality

Liability
Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Becky Kappell, Practitioner, and Serenity Ignited, LLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your session(s).
